About Us
Coeliac Australia estimates that one in a hundred Australians are living with Coeliac Disease, and many more with varying degrees of Gluten intolerances. This magazine aims to help the increasing number of those diagnosed with food intolerances or allergies, and alsothe growing number of Australians that are swapping processed foods for whole foods; adopting eating habits such as the Raw Food Diet or choosing to buy organic. This personal choice may be driven by a desire to reduce environmental impact, lose weight or simply to ensure that they are leading a healthy lifestyle and eating their best! This being our first 3D issue, we thought we should start by introducing ourselves and telling you a little about our own Soul Food journeys!
